Pilates for the Female Pelvic Floor - 4 week Introduction Masterclass

For women, I offer specialised classes that focus on women's pelvic health, including exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor and improve bladder control.

The class size is kept small to ensure an empathetic and supportive atmosphere.

Pilates for the Female Pelvic Floor -Graduates Masterclass

For those who have completed the Introduction 4 week Masterclass, these classes are for those who wish to continue their journey to a healthy Pelvic Floor. Classes sizes are kept small to ensure that the atmosphere is empathetic and supportive.

Class Structure

My classes work differently to other classes you may have attended. At Perpetual Pilates I believe that a specifically designed 4-week program focused on a program of work, incorporating progressive overload to enhance your knowledge, muscle memory, and endurance offers the most benefit.

  1. Structured 4-Week Program: Our classes follow a carefully designed 4-week program that targets specific areas of focus. Each week builds upon the previous one, allowing for progressive development and improvement.

  2. Specific Program of Work: I believe in the power of targeted training. Each 4-week program revolves around a specific area, such as core strength, flexibility, or posture. This focused approach allows you to gain a deeper understanding and proficiency in that particular aspect of Pilates.

  3. Progressive Overload: I incorporate the principle of progressive overload into my classes. This means gradually increasing the challenge and intensity of exercises throughout the program. Once you have made your class selection I will send you a welcome pack that includes a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) for and a short form where you can tell me of any concerns you may have. These forms are a vital tool in your Pilates journey and if you have any questions regarding them or anything else please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Semi-Private & Private Classes

If you're seeking a tailored and empathetic approach to fitness, then semi-private and private Pilates classes are the perfect solution, designed specifically for individuals like you who may be dealing with chronic back pain or other individual needs.

As an APPI Instructor I understand that each person's fitness journey is as unique as their fingerprint. That's why I offer semi-private classes with a maximum of three participants and private classes on a one-to-one basis. This allows me to provide you with the personalized attention and care you deserve.
